1. DALI control system (Digital Addressable Lighting Interface)

DALI is a digital communication protocol for lighting control systems that supports digital signal communication between lamps and dimmers to achieve remote control, dimming, group management and scene setting of lights.

Our DALI module has passed the DALI-2 international certification and is compatible with mainstream control systems such as TRIDONIC, OSRAM, PHILIPS, Helvar, JUNG, ABB, etc.

It can control up to 512 lamps, and can achieve one-click intelligent dimming and unified management in industrial plants, oil and gas stations, warehousing and logistics, or chemical areas.

2.Microwave Motion Sensor Microwave Sensing Module (MS)

The microwave sensor can accurately detect the movement and approach of objects by emitting electromagnetic waves and receiving their reflected signals.

When a person or device enters the sensing area, the light will automatically light up; when no one is active, it will be turned off with a delay, achieving the purpose of automatic sensing and energy saving. Even in smoke or dark environments, it can still maintain sensitive response.

Compared with infrared sensing, microwave technology is more sensitive and has stronger penetration. It is not easily affected by ambient temperature and is very suitable for closed places such as industrial plants, warehouses, and pipe corridors.

3. Daylight Sensor Light Control Module (DS)

The Daylight Sensor automatically controls the switch of the lamp by detecting the ambient light intensity.

It automatically turns off when there is sufficient light during the day and automatically turns on at night or in dark environments. It is particularly suitable for semi-natural lighting places such as outdoor, skylight workshops, warehouses, tunnels, etc., effectively saving energy and extending the life of lamps.

4.0-10V / 1-10V Analog Dimmable Module (Dimmable Module / DM)

This module controls the brightness of the lamp steplessly by adjusting the analog voltage signal of 0-10V or 1-10V.

0V = lamp off, 10V = maximum brightness.

This dimming method has the advantages of simple control, high accuracy and fast response. It is suitable for industrial workshops, office areas or hazardous places with different requirements for light intensity.

5. 1Hz Flash strobe function module (FS)

This function drives the signal at a frequency of 1Hz to make the lamp flash once per second, which has a strong warning effect and is often used in signal lights, warning lights, aviation obstruction lights, etc.

When used with the GPS module, cross-regional synchronous strobe can be achieved.

6.LoRa wireless control: long distance, low power consumption, flexible networking

The LoRa (Long Range Radio) module provides users with long-distance wireless control and networking capabilities. Compared with traditional ZigBee or Wi-Fi methods, LoRa has obvious advantages in coverage and power consumption control. It can achieve stable lighting linkage control in large hazardous areas and can work stably even in environments without network or weak signals. The application of LoRa technology in SAFER-Ex explosion-proof lamps can easily achieve cross-building remote group control, status feedback and remote maintenance, without the need for wiring and flexible deployment.

7.GPS Global Positioning System

In addition to realizing the positioning function, GPS is also used for the synchronous flashing control of multiple lamps. For example, when installing aviation obstruction lights on airports, high towers, and factory buildings, the GPS synchronization system can ensure that all lamps flash uniformly at a frequency of 1Hz per second, playing a unified warning role and improving the safety factor.
